HolyWeather provides weather-forecast-based probability estimates and comparison with prediction market prices for informational purposes. The Service is focused on Seoul temperature markets available on third-party prediction market platforms. We do not operate, endorse, or have any affiliation with those platforms.

2. Access and Payment

Access to paid features requires a valid purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access. Fees are as stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as communicated at checkout or on the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or automate access to the Service beyond normal personal use; reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or data; or use the Service in any way that could harm us, our providers, or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and software, is owned by Holypoly or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

The information provided by HolyWeather is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as, and must not be construed as, financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Prediction markets and any form of trading or betting involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance of forecasts or models does not guarantee future results. Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain; our probability estimates are derived from such forecasts and may be wrong. You alone are responsible for your decisions and any losses that may result from acting on information provided by the Service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or output. The Service may be unavailable or modified at any time. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Holypoly and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We may discontinue the Service or your access with reasonable notice where feasible.

8. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Holypoly operates. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
